Open-Faced Croque Madame

Cinnamon Scones

Ingredients:

13.5 oz All Purpose Flour

4 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

4 oz Butter

1/3 cup Sugar

1/3 cup Cinnamon Chips

1.5 cups Buttermilk

Prep:

Classic Breakfast Sandwich

Yield: 4-5 4oz Jars

Ingredients:

• ½ C. Apple Juice OR Apple Cider

• ½ C. Brown Sugar

• 2 Eggs

• 6 T. Butter, cubbed

• 1 t. Cinnamon

• 1/4 t. Ginger

Directions:
