Regular check-in is 3:00-6:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. Alternate check in/check out times are usually easily accomodated.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property. Children are welcome. We do not allow pets or emotional support animals, but we do allow trained service animals. If you have a service animal, a call or email in advance is always appreciated.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS: For each room reserved, we require a 1-night deposit per room. If the reservation is cancelled 14 or more days ahead of the first night, the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 14 days (but more than 24 hours) ahead of the first night, the deposit is forfeited, but may be applied to a future stay if you rebook within 4 months.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS: When three rooms are reserved under the same name (a group reservation), we require a 1-night deposit per room, refundable up to 3 months in advance, with the balance due 1 month prior to check-in.
