Cinnamon Chips
⅔ Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
2 Tbsp light Corn Syrup
Heat the oven to 200 Convection Bake. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread out in a thin layer on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place another piece of parchment on top and use a rolling pin to roll out to a thin layer, about ⅛ inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. It will get all melted together but not crispy. Cool completely. Transfer to a cutting board and use a pizza cutter to cut tiny chips. Store in the refrigerator.
